Just because you’re finally building your dream home doesn’t mean you’ve got money to waste. We are careful to keep our customers’ projects at or under budget.
We hear stories all the time from people who have had terrible experiences with builders and contractors. Many times, the frustration they experience comes from their builder not being on the same page with them about the details of their project. Other times, they were promised one thing, but ended up with something else. Or their project dragged on and on without any good reason. Or the contractor didn't do an effective job controlling costs, and their budget was blown.
